In my day job, as a Professor of Geography, I study the weathering of rocks in the natural environment and how historic building materials decay over time. Like many, I restarted painting during Covid 19. I largely use the surroundings of Portland for inspiration and am interested in portraying life and landscape. I'm enjoying playing with watercolours again.
