Hiring Exhibition Equipment From Artwey

Over the years, we've managed to gather a lot of equipment which we use at our exhibitions.  This includes display panels, lights, plinths, card carousels, table covers, banners, plastic wine glasses etc. 

All of the equipment is stored in Weymouth (we are constantly looking for new storage facilities about the size of a double garage so if you know of something, please don't hesitate to get in touch ). 

WHO CAN BORROW IT AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Artwey members holding their own exhibitions can borrow any of the equipment free of charge.  Non-members can hire the equipment at a cost of £5 per week per item. 

HOW TO ARRANGE TO HIRE THE EQUIPMENT
Giving as much notice as possible, please email with your enquiry - tell us what you need and we'll let you know if we have it available. Also let us know when you want the items and for how long. 

You are responsible for arranging pick up and return. We will give you the pick up address near the time you want to come and look at the equipment and/or the hire date and a member of Artwey will meet you there. 

HELPFUL HINTS
• It is recommended that at least two people lift/handle the plinths and boards as they are large, heavy and awkward as the ceiling height is low. If loading into a van a third person is often helpful.
• The tool boxes with screws and brackets for boards should not be carried by handles as everything gets muddled inside if turned upright!!
• Wear old clothes as paint on boards is very dusty and you get pretty filthy.
• All equipment is borrowed as found and it is up to those setting up to refurbish to exhibition quality and if possible return in that state. If anything is broken, lost or used up please let your Artwey contact know so decisions can be made on whether or how to replace, who to charge etc.
